Disease and Medicine: One of the works of Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah. Its author wrote it as an answer to a question about the effect of sins and transgressions. He described the disease and was proficient in describing the medicine. He treated diseases of the heart. It is one of the most useful books in refining souls and motivating them to refrain from sins and sincere repentance.
